These scrumptious creations become a canvas for a variety of delectable fillings. Choose from queso (cheese), frijoles(beans), puerco (pork), pollo (chicken) or fresh veggies—each pupusa is made to order, ensuring maximum authenticity and flavor. Imagine sinking your teeth into a perfectly toasted pupusa, its golden exterior giving way to a warm, flavorful interior. Each bite offers a medley of textures and tastes, complemented by a side of tangy “curtido” (Salvadorian coleslaw) and tomato salsa that enhance the experience and tantalize the senses.

 On Friday, March 14th, join us as our Executive Chef, David, showcases his vast expertise in international cuisines, curating a unique selection of dishes that honor the authenticity of their original flavors.
